1964 FFE Rookie of the Year: Charley Taylor

Starting with the the 1963 football season (AFL and NFL combined), I will recognize the top scoring rookie as that seasons 
Fantasy Football Encyclopedia Rookie of the Year. This award will be based on total fantasy points scored that season.

The second Fantasy Football Encyclopedia Rookie of the Year is Washington Redskins running back Charley Taylor.

In the 1964 season, Taylor scored 270.06 fantasy points for the Washington Redskins and was the 4th ranked running back in points scored. He played in 14 games with 755 rushing yards and 5 rushing touchdowns. He also had 53 receptions for 814 receiving yards and 5 receiving touchdowns. Additionally, he had 54 passing yards and 1 interception.
