1967 FFE All-Rookie Team

Along with naming a Fantasy Football Encyclopedia Rookie of the Year winner for each season starting in 1963, I also wanted to recognize the other outstanding rookies from each individual season. Each All-Rookie Team will have one quarterback, two running backs, three wide receivers and one tight end. Here is the 1967 Fantasy Football Encyclopedia All-Rookie Team. Fantasy points are shown in ( ). 

Quarterback

Bob Griese, Miami Dolphins (155.90)

Griese played in 12 games (started 10 games) and had 2,005 passing yards with 15 passing touchdowns and 18 interceptions. He also had 157 rushing yards and 1 rushing touchdown. 

Running Back

Dickie Post, San Diego Chargers (174.46)


Post played in 13 games (started 11 games) and had 663 rushing yards and 7 rushing touchdowns. He also had 32 receptions for 278 receiving yards and 1 receiving touchdown. Additionally, he had 9 passing yards. Post was the 1967 Fantasy Football Encyclopedia Rookie of the Year


Woody Campbell, Houston Oilers (117.70)


Campbell played in 14 games (started 9 games) and had 511 rushing yards and 4 rushing touchdowns. He also had 17 receptions for 136 receiving yards and 2 receiving touchdowns.

Wide Receiver

Danny Abramowicz, New Orleans Saints (158.10)


Abramowicz played in 14 games (started 10 games) and had 50 receptions for 721 receiving yards and 6 receiving touchdowns. 


Dave Williams, St. Louis Cardinals (99.20)


Williams played in 14 games (started 5 games) and had 28 receptions for 405 receiving yards and 5 receiving touchdowns. 


Gene Washington, Minnesota Vikings (63.40)


Washington played in 14 games (started 4 games) and had 13 receptions for 384 receiving yards and 2 receiving touchdowns. 

Tight End

John Beasley, Minnesota Vikings (49.00)


Beasley played in 14 games (started 0 games) and had 13 receptions for 120 receiving yards and 4 receiving touchdowns.
